Get Off to the Real World

There are two worlds - the wired world and the real world. Wired world is like an addiction, spending too much time here makes real world look less attractive. I'm experiencing this for last many years. Anything I want to know is available on the press of a button. A lot of information, artificial emotions, artificial relations, artificial love all is on my fingertips. If we meet here with hidden identities and fake personalities may be the other one or we are trying to achieve something, which is not possible in real life. People I meet here are not likely to meet me in real world. There are so many distances of geography, culture, ideology, way of living etc.

But still there are people with whom we can develop good human relations here. It may be difficult to make long distance calls or travel to other's place but the words which flicker on your computer screen can make you feel happy or angry, thus influencing your real world. These days I'm trying to assimilate these two worlds of mine. It shall not be a good idea to snap the relations developed here but surely we can take good relations from here to our real world. A phone call, a letter or simple gift by conventional post, a wish on special occasions all will go a long way in developing a wider family. My family is expanding here and nothing to hide.
